About Devil's Den Trail

The Devil’s Den Trail is a 1.3-mile loop that takes approximately 1 hour to complete.

The trail is open year-round, allowing you to access it during all four seasons. It is a family-friendly trail that allows dogs.

So make sure you bring your kids and fur baby out for a day in the woods.

What to Expect at Devil's Den Trail

Devil’s Den Trail is another popular hiking destination in Arkansas.

It is a heavily trafficked trail causing a beaten-down path, which makes it easy to follow.

The pathway is in excellent condition, with clear markings throughout. Therefore, you should have no problems navigating the trail.

Since the course is popular, it is challenging to spend alone time in nature as you will likely see several other individuals on your hike.

However, the trail is less packed during the off-season and throughout the week. You can hike several different side trails, allowing you to adventure off the main pathway to make your discoveries.

You can experience scenic views, waterfalls, and even a cave along this trail. With so much to see on such a short hike makes it perfect for bringing the family.

Since dogs are welcome, bring your furry friend with you. The caves are fantastic to explore, although they may be closed due to Nose Syndrome.

Check the park website to see if the caves are open.

Also, during the warmer months, the waterfalls may dry out.

With the trail being open year-round, you can plan accordingly to visit when the waterfalls are flowing and the caves are available.

Naturally, waterfalls are best seen after heavy rainfall.
