About Yellow Rock Trail

Yellow Rock Trail is a short hike that takes approximately 2 hours to complete. The trail is heavily trafficked, allowing for a beaten-down path that makes it easy to follow.

The path loops, so you don’t have to worry about retracing your steps. Another significant aspect of this trail is that dogs are welcome. So you can bring your fur-baby to get them out of the house!

Therefore, if you want to go when there are fewer people, you should hike it on a weekday. Since it is often used allows for a beaten-down path that is easy to follow. Furthermore, the trail is well-marked, making it easier to navigate.

The trail does have loose rocks, and roots may be exposed throughout, so please be careful. Also, the pathway can get slick if recent rain has occurred.
