About Mill Creek OHV Trail

The Mill Creek Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) Trail is perfect for those looking for an adventure. The OHV trail allows Type 1 Vehicles, Off-Highway Motorcycle, Snowmobiles, and All-Terrain Type II Vehicles. The trail is 49.5 miles long, giving you plenty of room to explore!

What to Expect

You will arrive at the parking lot trailhead with a loading ramp, toilet, and a Kiosk. Riding the trail costs a small fee which you pay at the Kiosk. Keep your receipts on you in case a park ranger asks. You can also snap a photo of your ticket on your phone in the event that you lose the receipt.

The trail has gravel, and you can expect rocky terrain with large loose rocks and unlevel surfaces. Thus, allowing for a rough and rocky ride, adding to the overall fun of the experience.

Parts of the trail may be considered an extreme off-roading trail, making it perfect for experienced riders. Therefore, parts of the trail can be challenging for riders just starting.

Since the trail can be extremely rugged, ensuring your vehicle has good tires is essential to withstand the rough terrain. Lastly, you may come across Mill Creek, and depending on the amount of rain flow and depth of the water, you may have difficulty crossing.

Therefore, use your best judgment to determine the safety of yourself and others in your party. However, if the water levels are low, it adds to the overall excitement of off-roading.

One of the reasons the trail is so popular is the scenic views throughout. You will experience breathtaking views of the Mountain around you. So pull over your OHV, take a break and relax while enjoying the fantastic views.
